Our programme on Christmas Eve:
In the afternoon you can sit comfartably at the Christmas
tree
enjoying home- made punch and Cristmas cookies. Our
folk music group,
the "Ammergauer Children" play Cristmas
songs. In the evenig we serve a
festive five-course-menu. |
After that you have the
opportunity to visit the
Christmas nocturn which is musically arranged by the
Passionsplay choir.
The Oberammergau baroque church "Peter and Paul"
is only a few minutes from our hotel. |

Our rich New
Year`s Eve buffet starts at 20.00 o`clock.
Before that you have the opportunity to walk one or two
stages with the tratitional "Sterngang", a kind
of a procession
through the village. It starts at 19.00 o`clock at the Ammergauer
Haus.
With musich and lanterns the new year is greeted.
We celebrate New Year´s Eve with an entertaining programme.
At 0.00 o´clock there are fireworks in the garden,
after that you
can enjoy a feiry midnight snack.
On January 1 w start the day at 9.00 o´clock with the
hangover breakfast. |
